Metairie, LA
The Grime Reaper NOLA LLC works in Metairie and surrounding areas within about 50 miles. Recurring house cleans, deep resets, move-in and move-out, offices and kitchens, carpet and sofa shampoo, light pressure washing, and full hoarding cleanups. Text-first. Free walk-through before we quote the heavy jobs.
Weekly and bi-weekly house cleans for lived-in rooms — kitchens, baths, floors, dusting, and the mess between. A deep clean is the first-time or seasonal reset: baseboards, appliance interiors on request, and the grit Gulf Coast humidity leaves behind. Move-in and move-out work is vacant-home standard so the place is ready for a walk-through.
Offices, common areas, restrooms, restaurant kitchens, and lodging turns. We schedule around your hours so guests and staff are not watching the labor. Supplies come with the crew. Chemical-free floors if you ask on the walk-through.
Extraction cleaning for carpets and upholstery that have seen pets, traffic, and damp seasons. Light pressure and soft-wash work for walks, drives, and siding that have gone green. Quoted after we see the property — we do not blast older materials.
Confidential walk-through first. Packed rooms, debris, and jobs other crews skip. We pace the work, sometimes over more than one day, and we do not invent a price before we have seen the rooms.
